Paying attention to detail since 1989 has built Stocco Homes on a strong foundation, earning your trust every step of the way
Jeff Stocco, the son of Italian immigrants, built his first home, one of the very first homes in Westwood Plateau, Coquitlam, in 1989. Today, Stocco Construction is a 90 employee strong, vertically integrated company, which encompasses various divisions including restoration, environmental and homebuilding/large renovation divisions. Although being much larger now than in the beginning, the company still very much has a personal, family like feel.

Dan Galbiati
Operations Manager
I joined Stocco Construction in 2013 as a Carpenter, which from my first day, I knew this was a company I wanted to have a long term relationship and grow with. After a couple years I was appointed to Lead Carpenter and took on the responsibility of overseeing and helping to grow the department. Approximately 2 years ago I was promoted to Operations Manager. I find this to be the most satisfying position and best fit, having constant contact with all our offices and field staff. It’s a pleasure to speak with our clients and hear about the great things Stocco crews are doing.
Though my career is busy, fast paced and often has me working odd hours, my wife and 3 kids are always supportive, we often find ourselves tackling projects together at home. In the summer we enjoy spending time at our family cabin, exploring the back country and try to get in some fishing

Joe Shire
Project Manager
While running my own company I finished my Redseal apprenticeship with a plumbing and class b gas ticket. In 2009 I moved back to BC and ran JM Home Renovations in B.C. & Alberta with a crew of 6-20 people.
In 2014 we became a subcontractor to Stocco Construction and started working on structural projects.
In 2016, I became a full time employee with Stocco Construction as a Construction Manager, focusing on building up a structural rough carpentry department. Started with myself and Lucas Johnston as the only 2 framers and utilized the finishing carpenters to help us along. Today, we have grown to 16 full time framing carpenters and another 18 full time subcontract framers. A project I was proud to be part of was Madison Place in Langley, a 4th floor reframe along with a 14,000sqft roof.

Robert Toth
Director Residential Construction
My project management background is utilized to manage construction schedules, budgets, organize trades and maintain quality control.
In the past 5 years I have successfully managed to completion 7 custom new builds and a variety of renovations; all varying in size, budget and complexity. My customer satisfaction rating is just one of the ways I measure personal goals and achievements. While every project is different and brings its own challenges, my goal is to make the process stress free and rewarding for each and every homeowner.
I take pride in exceeding my homeowners expectations of quality, all while managing their budget and schedule.
My achievements and successes are supported by my wife and two boys, who play an integral role in my personal development. I take pride in sharing my work at Stocco with family, touring job sites in the evenings and weekends. We are passionate sports enthusiasts who spend a lot of time competing and challenging ourselves.

At the age of 38, CJ recently made the transition to Stocco Construction where he couldn’t be happier with the like minded family feel of his new team. Today CJ finds his fulfilment sharing his construction experience together with years of hands on knowledge as a Project Manager, in the industry he loves. Working side by side with clients CJ and his team turn ideas into spectacular custom living spaces.
Outside of his working day, when not working on his own place, CJ can be found supporting Tottenham Hotspurs and enjoying his weekends with his wife April, while attempting to keep up with his 3 year old daughter Audrey.
